Pelican Post and Fun Fridays

Hello EPSC Swim Families -

I hope you are having a fun and crazy Halloween week! We had a great meet this past weekend and are proud of our swimmers. We can tell they have been working hard at practice.

Please review this email and the attached files for meet results, schedule reminders, activity announcements, and billing notes. To find this information again and past emails that have been sent out, check out the News page on our team website. 

Meet Results - these are uploaded to your swimmer's account and also posted on the Meet Event page. Look on Meets and Events under Past & Archived to find the meet you are looking for. All results are also uploaded on SwimCloud, which is a really fun way to track your swimmers’ results and progress. 

Upcoming Meets - Our team is preparing for the Fox meet this weekend! Updated timelines are posted on the Meet Event page. An email with more specific information such as seating and warm-up times will be sent out later this week. 

Fun Friday - This Friday is our first Fun Friday of the Season! Swimmers from T/Th are invited to come join us. We will let swimmers out of practice a few minutes early in all groups to allow time to mingle, paint nails, and eat snacks. Go on the Meets & Events page for snacks and helping out sign-ups. 

Pelican Post & Team Activities (See Pelican Post attached) - We have some other great team activities coming up! See the Pelican Post and Team Events pages for more information. 

Billing - Meet fees withdrew from accounts a few days ago. Expect the Installment 2 of your Team Fee to withdraw in the next few days (if you chose the 4 installment option). Fox and FAST meet fees will be posted this week and then will withdraw around November 28th. If issues pop up for anyone, please let me know!
