Pelican Post Week of November 10
Hello Team -
My goal is to have these Pelican Posts sent out weekly on Saturday or Sunday mornings. They will also be posted on the News page of the team website, epscswim.com, so you can look back for any information. Please read through the attached Pelican Post, and I will also try to include in the body of the email some of the most important updates or announcements.

My husband had their breadsticks for the first time a few weeks ago, and he said they were the best he had ever tasted in his life!
UPCOMING MEETS:
Our next meet is the
VSTP Icebreaker on December 6-7th. Opt-In closes on November 15th, next Friday. We would love to have a larger percentage of our team there! Relays are worked into this meet, so if we have 4 kids of each age/gender category then we can run some EPSC relay teams!
The Meet Announcement from last year will give you an idea of timing and events offered. It is attached under the Event Page under the Meet and Events Page (you can also find it on OnDeck). The meet this year is December 6-7th, and we will get an updated meet announcement sent out and uploaded as soon as the host teams sends it over.

BILLING:
We are currently in the process of updating everyone’s billing charges - some of you have started receiveing email notices of posted charges.
All meet fees, team registration installment fees, and spirit wear orders are set to auto-draw from your card on file on the 28th of each month.
The next cycle will withdraw on November 28th. Over the next few weeks, as we enter the charges on each account, you will receive an email noting the charge.
We will send an email when all charges have been finalized and posted. You can
review them under the Billing section of your TeamUnify account (epscswim.com or OnDeck). Then the posted amounts will autodraw on November 28th.
Please be aware of the following fees that may be drawn in this next cycle, as they apply to your swimmer:
1. EPSC TEAM FEE Installments 2 and 3 (for those who chose 4 payments)
2. MEET FEES for Fox and FAST meets
3. SPIRIT WEAR and Extra Magnet/Sticker Orders

PARENT COMMITTEE MEETING:
Correction on the date in the Pelican Post - the next meeing is the first Monday in December, which is
December 2nd (not the 6th!).
