Practice Installment Reminder and Invitation to Dryland
Hello Swim Families,
We hope you had a great few days off and enjoyed being with family.
This week is our last meet of 2024, and it's going to be a fune one! We think all participants are going to see success and there are also a number of relays in each age group, which is a first for our team! We are excited for all those swimming this weekend and also all their teammates who have been practicing with them this season - pushing each other to swim harder and better.
A few notes and reminders:
Parent Committee Meeting:
- Tuesday December 10th, 7-8 pm SUWC Conference Room
- Originally planned for tonight, but we all forgot about it with the holidays. :)
- Topics include the January Home meet, winter fundraisers, sponsorships, and anything you bring to the table.
- Thank you to all who have been donating to and supporting the team and the community! I will continue to update those volunteer points over the next few weeks.
- If you have any other ideas or suggestions to make the team fun for the kids, please reach out!
- Fun Wednesday/Thursday - With the meet coming up this week, let's celebrate with snacks and posters. I will bring poster boards and markers on Wednesday and Thursday to practice.
- Please bring a treat to share! I will have some chips but if any families would like to add some more, please do (I probably won't bring a sign up sheet, just bring something delicious if you can!).
Billing:
- SUWC Practice Fees - Installment 3 of your SUWC practice fees are due today. Swimmers will not be allowed to practice without having registered for Installment 3, which starts today. If you haven't paid it yet, head online to myshepherdwellness.com or come early to pay at the front desk.
- EPSC TeamUnify Team Fees and other charges - If you had Team Fee Installments due, spirit wear, or meet fees over the past few months, they would have withdrawn last week on November 28th. The final two Team Fee Installments are December 28 and February 28.
VSTP Meet:
- Look for an email coming in the next day or two with information such as Warm-up and arrival times, parent timer assignments and parking instructions.
- If you swimmer is ill or otherwise can not make the meet, please let us know ASAP. All entries have been turned into the host team and we can not refund meet fees, but if a swimmer was in a relay we will need to rearrange.

We would like to invite all Gold, Silver and Bronze swimmers (and Homeschool!) ages 3rd Grade and up to join us for this strength and agility training. We work on strengthening and controling our core, coordinating our movements, and increasing mobilty and flexibility - and we have fun doing it! Please email me if you are interested.
