URGENT: Opt-in for all Meets close Wednesday

Hello families,

We have had a couple host teams reach out to us today and we will need you to make some quick decisions on upcoming meets. Host teams need us to send in our entries asap. 

Please opt-in for all remaining meets by Wednesday, January 8th. Please also leave a note indicating what days you are available for the meet. 

EPSC Winter Classic, Shepherdstown, WV, Jan 26  (All 14 and under swimmers, and Open 1650)

Emperor Penguin Meet, Laurel, MD Feb 2 (All 9 and over swimmers)

President's Day Meet, Mechanicsburg, PA, Feb 14-16 (All 9 and over swimmers)

Make sure you have read the team news email that was sent out a few days ago regarding spirit wear, parent committee meetings (this Wednesday and Thursday!), team pictures, and USA Swimming registrations. (You can find past emails on epscswim.com under the News tab.)

NOTE: Job positions are now posted on the Home Meet Winter Classic and are first-come first-served; please fill up the slots. If you have a swimmer in the meet, you are expected to fulfill a roll, but even if your swimmer is not swimming in the meet or is in the conditioning track, we are asking everyone to help out. With visiting teams joining us, this is a great fundraiser for our team and we need all hands on the pool deck!

P.S. We are planning on holding practice Tuesday, January 7th. If that changes we will contact you by 2 pm. Otherwise, see you then!

If we keep getting practice cancelled, we may have to resort to snow swimming like the Georgia Tech Team!     :)
