Medical Information & Handbook

  • Please log in to your TeamUnify account and make sure your swimmer’s medical information is up to date.

  • Team Handbook is attached to this link – please review it to familiarize yourself with team policies, procedures, and expectations.

Billing Reminder

  • Monthly dues will be auto-drafted on the 1st. Please ensure your payment method is current.

Upcoming Holiday Schedule Reminders

  • Fri, Oct 31: No evening practices – Halloween

  • Fri, Nov 7: No evening practices – Meet

  • Sat, Nov 8: Meet

  • Fri, Nov 14: EPSC Home Meet

  • Nov 27–28: No practices – Thanksgiving

  • Fri–Sat, Dec 5–6: Meet weekend

  • Mon, Dec 8: No practice – meet recovery

  • Dec 22 – Jan 2: Holiday Break*

*Jr/Sr Plus swimmers have practice 10–11:30 AM on Dec 22, 23 and Jan 29, 30, 31.

Team Announcements

  • Please pick up your ribbons from the boxes after practice.

  • Team t-shirts are expected to arrive this week and will be distributed during practices.

  • Registration is open for the Nov 14 Pelican Splash & Dash  home meet.

    • Swimmers 15 & older should sign up to time.

    • All swimmers helping or timing will receive a mini Pelican!
