When We Meet

The EPSC Volunteer Committee generally meets on the 2nd Monday of every month at 7 pm.

FEBRUARY 2025 end-of-season wrap up meetings. Please send a member of each household to attend one of the following meetings - in-person is prefered, but Online option available by clicking on the date for the meeting link).

• Monday, February 10 6-7 pm AND
• Tuesday, Febrary 11 7-8 pm

We meet at the Shepherd University Wellness Center Conference Room.

Swimmers' parents or guardians, committee members, and all EPSC volunteers are always welcome to attend.
